Right of withdrawal
Consumers within the European Economic Area may withdraw from distance contracts within fourteen calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after you, or a third party you nominate, takes physical possession of the shipment.
Hygiene exceptions
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e), food supplements that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons, unless they are defective. Sealed items in undamaged, resaleable condition qualify for the right of withdrawal, subject to return shipping costs as described below.
How to notify us
Send a clear written statement referencing your order number and delivery date using the contact details in the site footer. You may use the model withdrawal form published by your national consumer authority, but a plain-language email is equally valid.
Return shipment
Unless the product is faulty or we dispatched the wrong item, return shipping costs are borne by you. Use a tracked postal service and retain proof of shipment until the refund is confirmed. We may hold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you handed them to the carrier.

Faulty goods
If capsules arrive damaged, contaminated, or mislabelled, contact us promptly with photographs of the issue. We arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs as required under applicable EU consumer guarantees.
Geographic scope
These return rules apply to orders shipped within the European Economic Area under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish consumer law. Buyers outside the EEA should contact us to confirm applicable return conditions before purchasing. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the import of food supplements is prohibited. Solveny is a food supplement, not a medicine, and is sold without a prescription; no medical outcomes are implied or promised in connection with purchase or return decisions.
